Flinn is again finalist in the CFIA Innovation Award with E-Free.

Flinn was again finalist at the CFIA 2017 Innovation Award held at the CFIA fair in Rennes (F). The R & D team Flinn succeeded in developing the Tempura coating system "E-Free", the first clean label tempura.

NEW clean label tempura

With the E-free concept, Flinn introduces the clean label tempura coating. The innovative aspect of this development is in the conservation of the crunchiness of the coating, without the use of additives with E-numbers.

Flinn reduces the fat content of tempuracoatings

Flinn developed the LOFA concept: a tempura coating that reduces the fat uptake during production of a coated food product.
